I was pleasantly surprised!
When we arrived at the event, scalpers were attempting to purchase tickets. I thought to myself, "is there another event happening that we are unaware of?"
I must confess, I wasn't particularly excited for the show. A few years back, we had watched Beartooth perform and Simon was having difficulty hitting certain notes in some songs, so I had my doubts.
The show turned out to be amazing. The audience had a blast. The moment "White Lines" played, the audience went wild, the light display was spectacular, and so was the crowd.
I have to admit, the white tuxedo jacket worn during "View to a Kill" seemed a little cheesy, but the audience loved it.
If Beartooth performs at a nearby venue again, we would certainly attend.
